Ordering Information
Whether you are begining a new project, finding just the right item for that finishing touch or adding to your fabric stash, we want your shopping experience at Piecework to be fun, easy, and relaxing. It is our goal to offer you fast, efficient and accurate service while providing the security for your transaction as well.
There are three ways to order from Piecework:
- You may place your order directly though our Internet site. We offer secured shopping cart convenience. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO ORDER AND WILL ENSURE THE FASTEST ORDER PROCESSING.
- You may print out the order form (you will need the free Adobe Reader to view the form) and either:

- You may Fax your order with your credit card information to us day or night. 1-607-433-2017.
All orders are payable in U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept Personal checks, Bank checks and Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds.
Orders paid by Credit card, Money Order or Bank Check will be processed and are usually shipped within 72 hours of receipt Monday through Friday with the exception of U.S. national holidays. Please note that we personally handle each order and hand cut the fabric fresh from the bolt. This requires more processing time than other types of products you may have ordered over the internet or by catalog. Personal checks take one week to clear before shipment is released. Orders will be confirmed via E-mail.
Security
You can rest assured that your order is processed using state of the art security. Our commerce server encrypts your information so that no one but Piecework can see it. When ordering, your browser should indicate that a secure page has been entered. If you are uncomfortable giving credit card information over the internet, you may mail us your order or fax it to 607-433-2017 . It is not recommended that you e-mail any credit card information, as e-mail is not secure.
Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Piecework. If an item does not meet with your satisfaction- send it back to us within thirty days for a full refund or exchange with your invoice. Simply follow the directions enclosed with your order.
Fabric Information
We choose only first quality fabrics to be sold at Piecework. All fabric is 100% cotton and 44" wide unless otherwise stated. Our fabrics are beautiful to look at and work with. We know how important quality is and that is why Piecework carries the top fabric manufacturers and designers- to be delivered directly to your home! As a quilter and crafter- I only use the best- and here it is! If you are not satisfied with your fabric's color or design, you may return it without a problem.
Shipping Methods and Charges
We ship via U.S. Priority Mail or via UPS, depending on
package weight. Please supply your STREET ADDRESS for shipping, as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Military personnel please supply your APO, FPO address.

Canada: We ship Small Parcel Air Mail.
All other countries: We ship via Global Priority. We can fit up to 7 yards in the Global Priority Envelope for $11.00. If you country does not accept Global Priority, alternate charges may apply.
